How do i became a rally driver?

Hi i am 16 years old, and really intrested on cars, especially the rally cars.Do you know how i can get a rally drivers lisence? Please do not take this as a funny question and dont give me ridicilous answers..

You can race with NASA, the SCCA, or other organizations that put on rally races. Some drivers even have a street legal car that they race. No, you don't have to spend a ton of money, but it will cost a few grand to put all the required safety equipment in a car.

The biggest obstacle is money. You either need to have a lot of it to build a car, or find someone who is willing to sponsor you.
